The goal with Boogie On The Beach was to use Facebook media campaigns to increase direct ticket sales for the event.
When structuring the campaigns, one strategy we leveraged heavily was retargeting their existing database across the Facebook ad network. This consisted of building extensive retargeting audiences based on actions that users in the local area had taken both on and off of Facebook, when interacting with their business.
We were able to use this strategy, as the event owners had built up this customer data from their previous events in the local area.
We combined this retargeting appraoch with front end cold audience campaigns to create a complete marketing solution for the event online.
